Today TSA awarded a $2.9M contract with International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) and IBM Business Consulting Services to test performance of the Secure Flight System using historical passenger name records.The initial step in the Secure Flight Program is to validate basic functionality, policy compliance, and performance under stress conditions.
