- Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials Manufacturing Technology Division (AFRL/MLOP) solicits research proposals for Materials and Manufacturing Directorate Thrusts (MMDT). This is a three-year, open-ended BAA to solicit research proposals for the MMDT program. Proposals will be requested via the issuance of amendments to the basic BAA. The overall objective of this program is to provide AFRL/ML with a procurement vehicle for executing unanticipated appropriations.
