- The Department of Veterans Affair, VISN 7 Network Contracting Activity, Montgomery, AL intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Accuscan Instruments, Inc. for Versa Max Animal Activity Monitoring System for the VA Medical Center Research & Development Service, Augusta, GA. The NACIS code is 518210 a size standard $7.5 millions. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature and documentation, detailing their experience in providing these products, to the Contracting Officer via email or fax at 334-395-4070. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
