- [AMENDED]The purpose of this amendment is as follows: revise response date to 17 December 2004, to delete the utilization of FAR Part 12 and to change the solicitation number to H92241-05-Q-0003 [END AMENDMENT] The Government intends to procure (a) 850 each, Stock Outboard Clamp. (b) 850 each, Stock Inboard Clamp. (c) 400 each, Stock Latch. (d) 40 each, Rifle Stock Mount 3? Diameter. (e) 40 each, Rifle Mount. (f) 400 each, Barrel Stop - Round. Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination with delivery to MSSA/CRP, HHC 160th SOAR (A), Bldg 7244 ATTN: SIMO (Al Frye), Ft Campbell, KY 42223. Desired delivery date, 30 November 2004, however, partial or early delivery is preferable and acceptable, at no added cost to the governmment. The intended source is D & R Engineering, 3449 South Woodstock, Springfield MO 65609. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals are being accepted through mail, e-mail: aelder@tapo.eustis.army.mil and by fax: 757-878-4199. The anticipated award date is 13 Nov 2004. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation will be made available to interested parties by way of the Federal Business Opportunities System (FEDBIZOPPS). See Number Note(s): 22. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, will be utilized.
