Description

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. FAX AND E-MAILS ACCEPTED. This is a combined Synopsis/Pre Solicitation notice. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to determine amount of ceiling tile required to complete the work. The ceiling tile replacement, ceiling grid cleaning and duct cleaning must be coordinated. The diffusers, ceiling grid, and ductwork are to be cleaned. The items mounted on and in the ceiling tile are to be removed, cleaned and reinstalled on new ceiling tile in the same locations. The proposals for ceiling tile replacement and duct cleaning must be separate for funding purposes. This project is expected to cost between $20,000.00 and $30,000.00. The period of performance is sixty (60) days. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238310 and the small business size standard if $12 Million. The procurement is set aside for total small business. SPECIAL REQUIRMENTS: Successful contractor will be required to submit security clearances for all personnel working in this location. GSA will provide the forms and fingerprint cards. The successful contractor will be required to be registered on the US Government Central Contractor's Registration (CCR). Please see "www.ccr.gov" for further information/registration. The anticipated date of release for the solicitation, via regular mail, will be on or about December 2, 2004. A pre-bid meeting will be set andnoted on solicitation.
