- DESCRIPTION The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 21,279 rentable square feet of office/flex space contiguous on a single floor (first floor highly desirable), within the area of Walnut Creek, CA set out below. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 18,503 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable square feet) to a maximum of 19,243 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, for use by the Internal Revenue Service. 14 Reserved parking spaces required. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible, but in no case later than August 15, 2004. LOCATION: City of Walnut Creek, CA primarily within the following: North ? Treat Boulevard South ? Ygnacio Valley Rd. East ? Oak Grove Rd. West ? Bancroft Rd. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government?s requirements, including flood plain, seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped access, is solicited.
