- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) XRDI-3SB-4133-03 1553 MIL-STD-1553 Data Bus Data Logger (Quantity - 3 each). This requirement is a manufacturer sole source to Xytronix Research & Design, Inc. due to compatibility and interchanging with existing data loggers. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
