- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations will be evaluated based on contractors past performance, technical capability and price. Past performance and technical capability when combined is more important than price. Will only consider firm fixed-price quotations. Oferror must complete and submit with the quotation FAR provision 52.212-3 Oferror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (MAY 2004) and FAR clause 52.222-48 Exemption From Application of Service Contract Act Provisions For Contracts For Maintenance, Calibration, and/or Repair Of Certain Information Technology, Scientific And Medical Medical and/or Office And Business Equipment-contractor Certification (AUG 1996). Copies of FAR provision 52.212-3, FAR Clause 52.222-48 and SOW can be obtained by contacting the buyer. Quotations are due by close of business on 11/19/2004. Incomplete and late responses will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated for award purposes. Contractor must be registered to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. The website address for CCR registration is www.ccr.gov. A Dunn and Bradstreet number is required to register. The NAICS code is 811219. This is now an unrestricted solicitation.
