Description: This modification replaces portions of the Pre-Solicitation Notice posted on 18 Oct 2004 and subsequent modification posted on 26 Oct 2004. This modification adds the following to the CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Government intends to initially award the contract for $3,000,000, with the reserved right to modify the contract amount to the full $12,000,000 value during the three-year life of the contract. The remainder of the Contract Information remains unchanged. SELECTION CRITERIA: The selection cr iteria are modified to add a certified photogrammetrist with registration number as a ninth discipline to the PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS. The remainder of the Selection Criteria and solicitation information remains unchanged.
