- The project consists of renovations to existing training building and Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS);construction of a new 15,974 square foot Training Building; replace asphalt in the Military Equipment Parking(MEP)area; construction of of Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) parking and other associated site improvements to include primary utilities, wash rack, landscaping and Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) measures. Option included are: Add existing t raining center entrance canopy; Remove CMU Stub Walls in existing training center corridors, Unheated Storage Building, Third Bay to the Wash Rack, Landscaping and Irrigation and Sidewalk along north side of POV parking. This project is available on compac t disk and web. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF)files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package.
