- The project consists of the contractor providing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, appliances, permits, transportation and supervision necessary for construction services to upgrade a sanitary Wastewater Treatment Plant in strict accordance wit h the specifications and drawings associated with the project, located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. Work includes but is not limited to, erosion and sedimentation controls, demolition of existing sewer and sewer by-pass, demolition and removal of existing structures, piping and manhole placement, new vortex grit removal system, chemical feed system(s) flow equalization basin, new metal building(s), yard process water loop, process control system(s), power supply to include primary feed and transfo rmers, emergency generator, new fencing with access gate(s), asphalt paving, landscaping and waste removal. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System code is 221320 with t he size standard of $28.5 million. Anticipated date for receipt of bids will be on or about 18 Jan 05. Performance period shall be three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be available fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the publication of this announcement. Solicitation will be available from the National Guard posting for Electronic Business solicitations, (EBS) on line at http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/Advertisedsolicita tions.asp. All request for the solicitation shall be accomplished through the EBS Website. Interested bidders are required to register on the EBS Website to access and download the solicitation. Furthermore, all interested bidders shall be registered wit h the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Registration information can be obtained at http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation and associated information EXCLUDING the Specifications and Drawings will be available on the EBS Website. All Specifications a nd Drawings will be available from the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website at https://FedTeds.gov/. Interested bidders shall register on the FedTeDS website to access and download the specifications and drawings associated with the referenc ed project. This project is an UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION. All responsible sources may submit an offer. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
