- Description
- The Directorate of Contacting at Fort Drum, NY is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to industry for instruction of combative training in neural manipulation techniques at Fort Drum, NY. The successful contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the service requirements. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the government. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercia l Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items. This contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 611620 with a size standard of $6 million. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition MUST reference Request for RFQ Number W911S2-05-T-0004. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 1 December 2004.
