Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860 Description: Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 to Midland Manufacturing Corporation to provide packaging materials to conclude the final phase of the Peace Keeper Decativation project at F.E. Warren AFB. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), the Government will negotiate directly with Midland Manufacturing Corporation. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423840, with a size standard of 500 employees for Government Contracting.
