Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by 460th Contracting Squadron, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado to determine the size and type of businesses able to provide services required under a Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) contract for Buckley Air Force Base and Buckley AFB Annex. This will be a multiple year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Typical task orders will consist of a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property. Significant sub-contracting opportunities can be expected to include a variety of trades: roofing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roadwork, painting, and masonry. The NAICS for this acquisition is 236220, with a size standard of $28.5M. If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought by 29 Nov 04; 3:00 P.M. (MST). Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address, (2) Point of Contact Name and Phone Number, (3) DUNS and NAICS code(s), (4) Type of Business: 8A, HUBZone, Women-owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, etc (No Large Businesses), and (5) contract magnitude of similar work. All businesses are encouraged to limit their responses to no more than 20 pages in length. Sources Sought is issued for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. No solicitation is being issued at this time. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought synopsis.
