- This synopsis has been revised as follows: APPROXIMATE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 12/1/04. Description: This is a Request for Proposal Synopsis. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a requirement for contractor support in the following areas: (1) financial management process improvements; (2) development management of initiatives to reduce total ownership costs; (3) organizational and informational systems and imporvements; (4) miscellaneous program management initiatives; (5) proposal cost development, (6) assistance in development of teaming initiatives to help reduce total overall cost in depot maintenance; (7) sales document narrative writing assistance; and (8) miscellaneous program support. Contract will be for one basic year + four option year periods. The basic year has a current estimate of 1200 hours total. A draft copy of the SOW is attached. Please see it for further details. APPROXIMATE AWARD DATE: 1/15//04. Place of Contract Performance: Hill AFB, UT This acquisition is a 100 % Small Business Set-Aside.
