- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FM441943000005 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open procedures under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 423450, with a size standard of 100 Employees. A quotation is requested for Four (4) Qty ADEC 6300 Track Light Assemblies. AWARD SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION AT: www.ccr.gov/. Submit signed and dated proposals on company letterhead or pricing document. Quotations may be faxed to (580) 481-5138. No telephonic responses will be processed. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. FAR 52.212-2 (Jan 1999), Evaluation?Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. It is amended to read (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
