- This project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. Install reinforced concrete foundations, 2. Install crushed rock surfacing on PAPI plots, 3. Excavate/trench/install power & control cables/conduits, backfill, 4. Install power/control racks for PAPI equipment, 5. Install PAPI (GFM), 6. Install electrical hardware and equipment, junction boxes, enclosures, & wiring, 7. Install reinforced concrete and crushed rock access roads and crushed rock plots, 8. Install EES grounding systems, 9. Align PAPI LHA units, 10. Grade, seed, restore disturbed areas, 11. Demolish existing VASI systems; grade, seed , restore sites. Cost: Under $250,000 This opportunity is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
