- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Honolulu Police Department, Information Technology Division (HPD-ITD) for the continued computer network access to the HPD-ITD National Crime Information Center 2000 (NCIC 2000) to obtain local, state, and federal law enforcement information, including NCIC for FBI Field Offices and Resident Agencies located in the State of Hawaii. The contract will be negotiated for the current year and four (4) option years. If any interested party would like to be considered for award, please submit a written statement indicating your interest by 3:00 pm on November 22, 2004, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Information Technology Contracts Unit, Attention: Barbara A.
