- Description
- The Government seeks to obtain a fixed-price contract for a 90 day base period with a 90 day option period and 135 day transition period for M&M services in the state of Maryland. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, HUD intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources for these services. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
