- SP0410-05-Q-0102, Notes 1 and 26 apply. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The contractor is to provide Sign Language Interpretation Services in order to reasonably accommodate deaf/hard of hearing employees in a variety of work-related settings at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, VA. Interpreting services will be provided Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://prograte.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFQ. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFQs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to download. RFQs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 10 November 2004, and is anticipated as being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation.The purpose of this Amendment is to correct the DLA Procurement Gateway address in order for the requirement to be accessed. The correct address to obtain a copy of the Solicitation is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/proc/gateway/pg.htm. The Solicitation closing date is hereby extended to November 22, 2004 (close of business).
