The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of December 3, 2004. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains 100% option for increased quantities. The requirement is for 402 to be delivered to Texarkana, Texas within 120 days ARO.
