- Description
- The U.S. Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Reuters America, Chicago IL for renewal of its news service account. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of quote. Based on the requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written e-mailed (benjamin.senker@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 4:00 pm November 22, 2004. The Government anticipates an award date on or about November 29, 2004. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement. See Note 22 ?
