Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic period of 365 calendar days with four one-year options. The MATOC is for minimal design and construction efforts at various GSA facilities supported by the GSA Northwest/Arctic Region 10, Western Service Center located in Seattle, WA. Individual task orders against the MATOC will be competed among other awardees and will vary in anticipated size ranging from $2,000.00 to $2,000,000.00. The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of three contracts from this synopsis/solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on an 8(a) competitive basis and restricted to firms with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 in their SBA-Approved business plan and who are serviced by District Offices in Region 10 of the SBA or is a current 8(a) participant in good standing, serviced by an SBA office outside of Region 10, but having an established, verifiable, full time branch office (as defined by SBA) within Region 10. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. GSA intends to issue all documents to include the initial solicitation, amendments, clarification letters and other applicable documents electronically. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about November 12, 2004.
