- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled FEASIBLE TECHNOLOGIES FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE EVALUATION (NDE) OF STRATOSPHERIC OBSERVATORY FOR INFRARED ASTRONOMY (SOFI) which was posted on November 10, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made: the title is changed to: FEASIBLE TECHNOLOGIES FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE EVALUATION (NDE) OF Spray On Foam Insulation (SOFI). The Statement of Work is changed by correcting the SOFI acronym to read: "Spray On Foam Insulation" The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
