- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, intends to procure on a Small-Business Set-aside basis, packing and crating services for the personal property of U.S. military and civilian personnel. Contractor is to provide services both inbound, outbound, and intra-city in the following area: Tennessee Counties of: Shelby, Tipton, Fayette, Chester, Hersemen, Haywood, Henderson, McNairy, Madison, Dyer, Gibson, Lauderdale and Crockett; Arkansas counties of Cross, St. Francis, Lee, Woodruff, Monroe and Phillips; Mississippi counties of Desota, Marshall, Panola, Tate, Tunica, Alcorn, Benton, Coachoma, LaFayyette, Prentiss, Quitman, Tippolo, Tishominto and Union. A liaison office is required to be located within a reasonable distance from the Naval Support Activity Memphis, Millington Tennessee. The contract is for a ten month base period from 01 March 2005 through 31 December 2005 and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods. An Indefinite Delivery Fixed Price Requirements type contract is anticipated, with services to be acquired under individual delivery orders issued under the contract. The applicable NADICS code is 488991. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by FISC. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading at http:/www.neco.navy.mil. Numbered Note 1 applies.
