- Description
- Philadelphia Division, Contracting Department, FISC Norfolk intends to procure on a sole source basis with Thomas Nelson Community College for a requirement for a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Training Program, leading to a 60 Semester Hour certification for students completing the program. The duration of the program shall not exceed 12 consecutive months. The program is to establish primarily at the academic location of the offeror, utilizing contractor facilities, personnel, equipment, supplies and other contractor resources as needed in the provision of educational services. The initial tuition costs for state colleges that offer the MLT program are fixed by the state and are set for no more that two years. This requirement will begin on 1 January 2005 through 31 December 2005. The applicable NADICS code is 611310. Numbered Note 22 applies.
