- The purpose of this modification is to reinstate Note 1 on the Pre-Solicitation Notice, to add Far 52.219-6 and to remove Far 52.219-4 and 52.219-9 Alt II. 1.) Note 1 is hereby reinstated on the Pre Solicitation Notice 2.) FAR 52.219-6 is hereby added to Section I 3.) FAR Clauses 52.219-4 and 52.219-9 are hereby removed from Section I 4.) All other Terms and Conditions Remain Unchanged.
