Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to SPSS Inc., 233 South Wacker Drive, 11th Floor Chicago, IL 60606 for the SPSS License renewal, training, and additional seating. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified service, they must respond to this notice before 1500 hrs (central time) on November 17, 2004. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with SPSS Inc. will be pursued. The POC for this notice is Meljoelyn M.
