- DVAMC, Wilkes Barre, PA intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for outpatient psychiatry services to St. Joseph's Hospital, Elmira, New York. The contract will include the base period of nine months with two one-year renewal options. The Contractor will provide eight hours outpatient consultation service per month at the VA Sayre Outpatient Clinic, malpractice/liability insurance, and on-call psychiatrist coverage for VA physicians and staff for consultative purposes 24 hours/day, seven days/week. All responses to this notice must be received by 4:30 pm EST on Friday, November 26, 2004 by the issuing office. <div align=center>This is not an RFP.</div>
