- BY ISSUE OF THIS MODIFICATION, THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. This project consists of constructing the installation of 1/LS Orthophosphate chemical feed pump with appurtenances, 1/LS electrical control modification, 1/LS pump house plumbing tree modifications as specified in the specifications and drawings for the Georgeville and Wolfpoint Community Water Systems. The complete and operational systems are located on the Yakama Indian Reservation, Klicktat and Yakima Counties, Washington. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period will 100 calendar days. The estimated price range for this solicitation is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment Bonds are required, in addition to one of the following alternative payment protection; Irrevocable letter of credit, (ILC) a tripartite escrow agreement, certificate of deposit, or a deposit of a type of security such as US bonds or notes, or certified or cashier's checks, bank drafts, money orders or currency is required. Liquidated damages apply. The Buy American Act applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting Yakama Tribal Employment Ordinances.
