- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to procure multiple military-unique part numbered items where Eaton Aerospace (CAGES 8W928 or 00624) and at least one additional approved source of supply is cited for each NSN. It is anticipated that multiple contracts will be awarded. Contracts will be Indefinite Quantity contracts with a two-year base period and will include three one-year option periods. Any supplies to be furnished under these resulting contracts will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. This solicitation will not include any items that have a competitive data package. FOB Destination applies to all NSNs. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select ?Search RFPs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. The solicitation will also be available on the DSCR-KD website: http://www2.dscr.dla.mil/externalweb/userweb/kd/ . A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is 30 November 2004. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for review by the Engineering Support Activity. See Numbered Note(s) 22.
