- PR-No.IQC04202009002. NSN 6625-01-295-6411. DIGITAL INDICATOR. , Smiths Aerospace Electronic Systems (K5294) P/N 40-647-328; Wamco Inc (58774) P/N KW-205S-DP. A 12-month Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQC) with four 12-month option periods is anticipated. Pricing is sought for the following Quantity Price Break Ranges: 200 each to 499 each, 500 each to 1999 each, 2000 each to 3999 each, 4000 each to 5999 each, 6000 each to 8999 each and 9000 each to 12000 each. Requested delivery is 600 each in 90 days, any balance to be delivered at the rate of 500 each every 30 days thereafter until completed. F.O.B. Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All shipping destinations to be CONUS DLA stock locations. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. See Note # 26. Copies of this solicitation will be available at the office address listed above, or by download from the internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. Copies of the solicitation will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in FedBizOpps. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The only approved manufacturers are Smiths Aerospace Electronic Systems (K5294) and Wamco Inc (58774). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
