Description

Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase Order: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This an nouncement constitutes the intentions of Europe Regional Contracting Office to award a Purchase Order to Philips Medizin Systeme GmbH on a sole source basis and is the only solicitation that will be issued; proposals are not being requested. This Notice o f Intent is not a Request for Competitive Quotations. The solicitation number is provided for identification purposes only. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Interested parties who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement may submit a capabilities brief that details their specialized experiance and capability to meet the requirement. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Item 0001: Echocardiography System, Ultrasound System Sonos 7500 Imaging System; Integrated Dicom connection for the Sonos 7500; Advanced Dicom; Non-imaging (pencil) transducer 1.9 mhz CW doppler; S3 ultraband sector transducer Sony Black & White thermal printer, small format, side mounting; Quantity 1 each. Item 0002: Delivery ; Item 0003: Installation; Installation and delivery will be Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl Germany. Contractor will provide the earliesst delivery date. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items and FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -Commercial Items, and Far Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders apply.
