- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6-streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items-as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. ***The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423490 with a small business size standard of 100 people. This requirement will be a sole source, small-business set-aside to Dieter Scientific, P.O. Box 18, 6160 MD Geleen, The Netherlands. USA Contact: Dieter Scientific, phone # 847-382-8619, sndieter@mindspring.com. All interested offerors may submit a quote. This shall be a Firm Fixed price contract. The specifications are as follows: 1 Each: 5cc Micro Compounder, with capability to operate up to 400C. 1 Each: ME 05.03 Control and Data Acquisition Software. 1 Each: 3.5cc Micro Injection Moloder, with capability to operate up to 400C and Mold ASTM 638V accessory. 1 Each: Mold 25mm Disk. 1 Each: Included installation of above products at specified site location.
