- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 5.202. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604- 05-R-6032. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 and DFARS Change Notice 20040930. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.204- 7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7001. This purchase is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 to The Mathworks, Inc. of Natick, MA, the designer, developer, and exclusive supplier of the MatLab software that can satisfy the government requirements to conduct ongoing research with robust and effective modeling and optimization tools. This procurement will be for the purchase of ADP software. Coverage is 12 months from 14 DARO. This RFQ has the following line item(s): CLIN Description QTY 1000 MatLab Engineering Support Software Package 1 lot DESCRIPTION: ADP Software Proposals must price each above line item listed. FOB Destination Ship to: WPAFB OH 45433.
