- The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, USBP Air and Marine Operations Center, El Paso, Texas, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation EFO-5-Q-0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation and will be awarded using FAR Part 13. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. The RFQ will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. OFFEROR SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETED COPY OF THE PROVISIONS AT FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items along with the firm’s DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in the CCR. The North American Industry Classification System code is 337215. The small business size standard is 100 employees. A single award will be made for providing and installation of the following Lista International cabinets. Color Bright Blue Housings, Stairway and Toeboards; Yellow Stairs and Handrail. Key numbers: all the same, other than 2C-36. CLIN 00010 Storage Wall: Total of two groups #1: 3 ea. @ 8 wide for 16 bays total including: Each bay @ 118 1/8” H x 54 1/8” W (I.D.) x 32 34/4” D; 6 adjustable shelves per bay, no dividers; 8 pairs of sliding doors. CLIN 00020 Storage Wall Group 2 @ 4 wide for 4 bays including as above & w/ 2 pair of sliding doors; CLIN 00030 Cabinet: Stacked Cabinet Group including: Staircase; Panelam Textured Polyface underlayment plywood deck; Yellow 3 rail handrail; Bottom Cabinets below Panelam: 8 each Standard Cabinet style w/ 6 drawer @ 8”; Bottom Cabinets below upper cabinets: 3 each Double Wide Hinged Door Cabinets, 2 each Standard Cabinet style w/ 6 drawers @ 8”; Upper Cabinets: 8 each Standard Cabinet style w/ 8 drawers (6 @ 5” and 2 @ 8”). All drawers w/ interiors included. CLIN 00030: Labor for onsite set-up. Delivery of items shall be within 90 days after award of order. Delivery is to be FOB destination to the USBP Air & Marine Operations Center, 9C Butterfield Trail, El Paso, TX 79906. The provisions at FAR 15.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 12.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable. Paragraph (a), evaluation criteria is as follows: Award will be made to the responsible Quoter who is technically responsive, with the lowest price. FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
