- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Office of the Federal Detention Trustee has a future requirement for a senior advisor, subject matter expert (particularly field experience) in the area of detention services with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Department of Homeland Security), formerly Immigration and Nationalization Service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611 (Size Standard: $6 million). The requirement for the service will not exceed 1,500 hours annually. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month base period with one (1) 12-month option period for renewal. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. No collect calls will be accepted.
