Destination; This solicitation will be available 15 days after publication in the FedBizOps at http://dibbs.dscccols.com.rfp; Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted; Specifications, plans or drawings are not available; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1)- approved sources are those cited above; Notes 12 and 26 apply; This is an unrestricted acquisition.
