- Notice of intent to award sole source procurement under Far Part 12.203 and Far Part 13.5 to Kardex USA to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials and transportation necessary to provide an annual service contract for one year with four option years to include 7 Titan (T1 through T6), 2 Kardex Industriever 3500's and 4 Kardex Kompact shelving systems. Contract includes 4 inspections per unit per year. Covers all repairs due to operator negligence and/or mechanical failures. Hours of coverage are normal business hours 0800-1700. Contract does not include any required parts. Parts will be charged at current MSRP. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), the Government will award directly with Kardex USA, under the terms and conditions established in General Services Administration contract GS-28F-1004C. The determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Determination for future proposals will be determined by option years.
