- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) under, N00244-05-R-0007, for the following: Interior refurbishment of two SH60F Helicopters. The refurbishment will include cabin crew seat cushion (re-padding), troop seat vinyl covers and installation, furnishing of approved transmission drip pans to include installation, installation of approved carpeting and labor services, refurbishment of sound proofing panels and installation, fabrication of sound proofing panels if needed, and interior fiberglassing work, to include materials and labor services. The OEM of the SH60F is Sikorsky. All materials provided will be required to meet all existing OEM specifications and any Government approved changes. Naics: 336413 is applicable with a business size of $6.0 million dollars. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at Destination. A site visit will be set up prior to the issuance of a RFP f! or all prospective contractors. Contractors with experience in this type of work are required to contact the FISCSD poc by phone or email. The Government is seeking proposals on “New” material only. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price contract for the required material and services. Qualified contractors that can provide this type of material and services are encouraged to submit a response to this RFP. The RFP will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov on or about November 22, 2004. The solicitation period will close on COB 1600 PM, PST, December 15, 2004. This notice is issued as restricted to small businesses. Contact Ralph A.
