- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis software support and upgrades for Lenel licenses from Lenel Systems International, Inc., 1050 Pittsford-Victor Road, Pittsford, NY 145434. Lenel is the developer, designer and manufacturer of the software and thereby holds proprietary rights to the software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 with a size standard of $10.5 M. The purchase order shall be Firm ! Fixed-Price and will cover a 12-month period. FOB Destination applies. The Request for Quotation number is N00178-05-Q-1015. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be used.
