- CONTACT John J. Coumeri, EE, 732-532-9343. The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) plans to award a Flexible Long Term Contract (FLTC) for the procurement of DC to DC Converter assembly, 5 volt 75 amp, NSN 6130-01-130-1499. The initial buy is a quantity of 85 and the continuous demand is estimated at 12 per month for for 5 years. A complete drawing package is available.
