Delivery is to be 90 days or sooner after receipt of reparables. Technical data is not available. The Government intends to make an award to BAE Systems. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. All responsible, qualifying sources may submit an offer, which may be considered. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the government to evaluate an offeror's capability to repair these items without the governemt providing technical data.
