- The following is Amendment No. 0001 for Solicitation W912BU-05-T-0008 for the Acquisition of Commercial Brand Name Items (high voltage distribution equipment). The deadline for quotes is extended from Friday, October 29, 2004 at 4:15pm, local time to Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at 4:15pm, local time. The original Request for Quote (RFQ) issued on October 22, 2004, stated the following: d. 300 ea 225 Amp Circuit Breaker, I-Line, 3 pole, Square D, #KA3640035 (NO SUBSTITUTION) The part number KA3640035 corresponds to a 400 Amp circuit breaker. Line Item d. should have correctly listed the part number as KA36225, which is a 225 Amp circuit breaker. Please make sure you quote a 225 Amp circuit breaker. If you already submitted a quote, please check to see that your bid complied with the changes outlined in this Amendment. If your quote did comply, then you must submit your acknowledgement of Amendment No. 0001. If your quote did not comply, you must resu bmit your quote and also send your acknowledgement of Amendment No. 0001. You may fax your quotes and acknowledgement of Amendment No. 0001 to Lane Gary at 215-656-6780.
