- General Services Administration, 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 has issued a solicitation for FSC 8010, Coatings and Epoxy Coating Kits. The previous solicitation number has changed from 6FEP-F4-020263-N to 6FEP-F4-040263-N. The solicitation consists of 11 NSNs. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price, 2 year with three one-year options requirements type contract. The solicitation does allow an economic price adjustment. Please submit your bid to the address in Block 9 of page one, Standard Form 1449. Some of these items are QPL required. This solicitation is not a small business set aside.
