Description

The Government has a requirement for moisture wicking T-shirts. The requirement will be competed among small business firms on a low cost technically acceptable basis. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. If at least one tech nically acceptable and fair and reasonably priced offer is received from an 8(a) firm, one award will be reserved for that small business element. The requirement will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with firm fixed pric e delivery orders. The term of the contract is 36 months. The complete solicitation will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil). The solicitation will NOT be sent out. It is the responsibility of eac h offeror to go to the ASFI website and download the information. The solicitation will be posted at or around 8 November 2004. NO specifications will be sent out.
