- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis full and open competition to Plan, engineer and procure secure data and voice network to provide connectivity and data services between key Iraqi government C2 nodes, provincial JCC?s, local JCC?s, provincial police headquarters, local police stations, DBE JBOC?s, DBE Border Area Commands, DBE Border Brigades, DBE Border Forts, MoD bases, ING HQ?s and other Iraqi C2 nodes as directed.
