Description

This modification addresses the following. Please see the attachments that are uploaded to this website for more detailed information. RESPONSE DATE REMAINS UNCHANGED. RESPONSE DATE IS 11/2/2004. 1. Change CLIN 0061 (and option CLINS 1061, 2061, 3061, 4061) to read the following: Door, joiner, aluminum type 5052, .08? thk., hollow metal 1 3/8? thk., 78? h x 19? w clear opening, 77 ?? h x 18? w door size. Type 1 door frame shall be constructed of 16-gauge rolled steel, un-drilled. Type A door sill shall be constructed of 14-gauge sst. Door shall be provided with a louver. Door shall be provided with a hook and bumper combination, recessed butt hinges and Falcon X561DL lockset or equal. See Exhibit 3. Door to be LH-out. Door shall be constructed IAW 75-WLIC-167-002. Door to be coated Fed STD 595B. #10324 brown. 2. CLINS 0062 and 0063 are added to the solicitation. CLIN 0062 is for the Data for Provisioning for CLIN 0061. CLIN 0063 is for the Commercial Warranty for CLIN 0061. 3. CLIN 0064 (previously 0061?and option CLINS 1062, 2062, 3062, 4062) is added to the solicitation. CLIN 0064 reads as follows: Standard Form 294 & 295. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-OCT-2004).
