- Description
- Based in Podgorica, the PSC Senior Finance and Economic Advisor (SFEA) will be responsible for development and oversight of programs and projects for economic policy & institutional reform, private enterprise development and sector competitiveness in Montenegro. These programs manage a significant share of USAID assistance in Montenegro and include sizeable teams providing technical assistance. He/She will report to senior USAID management in Montenegro on technical and policy matters related to economic policy & institutional reform, private sector development sector competitiveness, and on program management and coordination issues. The SFEA will have with significant inter-action with and provide support to Serbia & Montenegro Mission-wide economic policy and reform activities; during the first six-to-nine months of anticipated SFEA tenure, it is anticipated the incumbent will split his/her time between Podgorica and Belgrade.
