- NAICS Code: 71111 Needs for theatre to hold Agency Honor Awards Ceremony in 2005: * A theatre/hall is needed to hold EPA's Annual Honor Award Ceremony to accommodate at least 1500 people * Possible Ceremony dates: April 26, 27, 28 * Theatre is needed from 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. * Separate entry and exit points for stage from theatre seating * Large back/side room off stage where we can line awardees up to proceed across stage (to hold at least 50 people) * Stage entrance from back/side of stage - employees would enter the stage from this entrance to go forward to Administrator to receive congratulations and photo * Side area off stage (not seen from audience) for 4 large folding tables and two chairs for EPA personnel to give awardees * Size of stage must be large enough to hold table for awards, seats for high level officials, raiser, podium, photographer, etc safety with room to move safety. * If not within walking distance from 1200 Penn Ave NW Ronald Reagan Bldg, must provide bus transporation for HQ for # of people from different sites. * Holding room for Adminstrator and Depty * Theatre, stage and restrooms must be handicap accessible * Separate room large enough for reception (must hold at least 800 people) * Seats and rows must be numbered (a detailed seating chart is prepared in accordance with the marked seating) All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in faxed to US EPA, Sheila Fagan, number (202)565-2554.
